Please check each shipment before stamping or marking materials. All materials to be returned must be unused, unstamped, and in salable condition.
It is important to note that books processed to customer specifications may not be returned.
Please call 888-454-2279 for return authorization. When requesting return authorization, please indicate the invoice number.
Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or a packing list on which the quantity of each title returned and invoice number(s) are indicated.
