  Opening with the question, "What is a plant?" each book gives a brief definition and then moves onto a diagram of a plant with labeled parts. Then the text moves to the specific part of a plant that is covered in the book. Books in this 6 book series include: Flores (Flowers), Frutos (Fruits), Hojas (Leaves), Raices (Roots), Semillas (Seeds), and Tallos (Stems). At the end, two pictures are shown side by side and the reader is supposed to "spot the difference" between the pictures. A picture glossary is also at the end of each book.
